Hello, welcome to my website. I am complimented to know you are here to learn about me and Denture Designs, my practice. I hope you enjoy this page as I have used it share a little about myself and the ideas I have.

 I have been working in the dental profession for 18 years. Initially starting as a lab technician and dental assistant, I then went on to work in various phases of dentistry. I Eventually become the owner of my own dental laboratory as well as a dental supply company. Over the years, I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with many different dental service providers from different educational backgrounds. The journey that has lead me here has been an amazing rollercoaster ride through life. My studies of interest have created a vast array of skills I draw on for everyday life and utilize in my practice caring for patients. This has included business management, specifically dental practice management, staff training, also new practice set up and design. I enjoy the study of holistic medicine, nutrition, and wellness care. I have learned amazing things from the holistic providers of the mid-coast, it is a pleasure to work in this area. I have an infinite respect for the wisdom of the human body and its ability to heal.

 In the world outside of dentistry, I study emergency medicine and fire service. In the past I have enjoyed completing my certification as an Emergency Medical Technician as well as a Wilderness Rescue Technician. I am a member of the National Ski Patrol and find a fulfilling enjoyment in helping others at this most basic level. I also had opportunity to complete my State of Maine, Fire Fighter I level certification and run in and out of burning buildings. The Fire service community is filled with an amazing group of people whom have earned my heartfelt respect and admiration.

 In 2004, I moved from my dental laboratory from Bangor, into the office of Mid-Coast area dentist, and returned to school. In June of 2006, thanks to the support of my family, I graduated with honors from the IDEC program of George Brown College; Toronto, Canada. I now have built my own office in Damariscotta.

 As a So. Bristol native, I enjoy having the opportunity to make a living in the Mid-coast area where I grew up. My hobbies are focused around my family life and the things we do together. Whether it is skiing in the winter or boating in the summer, I am fortunate to have been blessed with a wonderful family. Kids are a huge part of that life and I consider many of my daughter's friends an integral part of my extended family.
